During the &#039;&#039;Second Velashaar Crisis&#039;&#039;, Baldomir built his reputation for bravery in the face of insurmountable odds in battle, but later gained infamy for the ruthlessness he showed his defeated enemies. Baldomir ruled as the High King after deposing Eardrick &#039;&#039;The Mad&#039;&#039;, the legitimate though mentally unstable second son of Othrick.
