In his actual form, he stands 7'6" tall and weighs over 300 pounds.<br />

She stands 5'8" in height and weighs around 160 pounds. Like her husband, she appears to be in her thirties. She is human and aware of her husband's true nature.<br />
; "Mac" Strongheart: Mac (1140-present PR) is the oldest son, at 13 years old. He is lanky and unusually tall for his age, as Mac is 6' tall, a trait not lost on Shornhold's people. Some credit this to having a distant giant ancestor, as the Stronghearts are thought to have giant blood.<br />
