Beltrian "the Lion" Breswick

Beltrian "the Lion" Breswick (1106-present PR) is the patriarch of the noble/merchant House Breswick.

In more hushed tones, Beltrian is known as the grandmaster of the infamous Fraternal Order of the Malachite Chalice, a coalition of merchant houses that seek to dominate all trade in Athelonesia. They are also said to have political aspirations, seeking alliances with powerful lords to get their members into positions of authority.

Description

Beltrian is not an especially large or imposing man, standing around 5'9" and weighing 175 pounds. He is in his late forties, appearing a decade younger. A former knight and adventurer who maintains his physique, Beltrian is in respectable shape and dresses according to his station. He has olive-colored skin with dark, short-cropped hair. Beltrian is clean-shaven with handsome, elf-like features.

Personality

Beltrian is a sinister, calculated man hiding behind a veil of civility. He holds grudges and has a certain pragmatic ruthlessness. He shows little emotion, with the only exception being towards his wife, Amrith.

Family

His paramour is the elven bard Amrith Evensong, a distant member of the elven Moonsong Clan.
